As many Lea & Sandeman deliveries as possible are made by us in our vans so as to provide the best service possible. This means that some areas are not served on a daily or even weekly basis. If you require your order urgently or on a specific day we will do out best to accommodate your request, but please understand that this may not be possible without recourse to a third-party courier, in which case additional charges may apply.
If there is not likely to be someone to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address, please provide details of a safe place (or alternative address close by) where the goods may be left. If goods are left at your request and subsequently go missing we regret that neither we nor our couriers can accept responsibility.
Delivery times cannot be specified, although if asked and given a telephone number we will try to call before to arrange. We regret we do not deliver over the weekend or on bank holidays.

- DELIVERY IS FREE on all orders in Greater London over £100 (there is minimum order for delivery £100 per address) and all orders over £250 to any address in mainland UK south of Perth.
- Orders under £250 for delivery outside Greater London will be charged £15 per address.
- For highlands and islands please ask for a quote.
- We regret we do not deliver to Northern Ireland.
These will vary from time to time.
International deliveries can be arranged - please call the office.
Please provide a daytime telephone number to allow us to check before delivering.
Where payment is made before 12.00 midday, we will endeavour to ensure that deliveries within the M25
will take place within three working days, or ten working days after the payment date elsewhere in the UK
(with the exception of the Highlands and Islands).
