Jérôme Ravanel, a lawyer in, as he puts it 'another life', with his wife Marion, set up this tiny domaine near Pézenas in 2003. It is a real labour of love and investment in quality of life, and their approach to viticulture has been based on organic cultivation, low yields, manual picking and careful selection and handling of the grapes. In the winery the vinification is lovingly handled and the wines developed in vats and old oak barrels.
