Tapanappa (named after a 550 million year old geological formation that underlies the Fleurieu Peninsula) is a new venture founded by Brian Croser and his family, together with the Cazes family of Chateau Lynch Bages, and the Bizot family of Champagne Bollinger. The combination of selecting distinguished vineyard sites, and drawing upon the partner's extensive 'old world' fine wine experience allows Tapanappa to produce unique Australian 'terroir' driven wines.
