Viña Candelaria is the brainchild of French oenologist and winemaker Philippe Debrus. Chile being a country made up of valleys with differing 'terroirs' and micro-climates Philippe selects only the best grapes from each valley for the Candelaria range of wines. His winemaking background from the South of France is reflected in the style of all these highly drinkable wines, so that they are marked by a delicate expression of fruit, and judicious use of oak where used.
