The Fine de Champagne, currently called “Fine Champagne”, is the blend of the two first vineyards of the Cognac area (Grande Champagne 50% minimum, and Petite Champagne). The flavour of this cognac is very floral, with notes of honey and heath. Its taste is very delicate, well-balanced, with a beautiful length. It tastes about twelve years old.

Powerful and very authentic, this beautifully viscous cognac, tastes twenty to twenty-five years of age. Wonderful with dark chocolate or a fine cigar.
