The Fine de Champagne, currently called “Fine Champagne”, is the blend of the two first vineyards of the Cognac area (Grande Champagne 50% minimum, and Petite Champagne). The flavour of this cognac is very floral, with notes of honey and heath. Its taste is very delicate, well-balanced, with a beautiful length. It tastes about twelve years old.

Smells of undergrowth, dried fruits, and above all deep smells of violet and iris, very typical of this rather small vineyard, third of the region, the eaux-de-vie of which are very rare and desirable. Powerful and very authentic, this beautifully viscous cognac, tastes twenty to twenty-five years of age. Wonderful with dark chocolate or a fine cigar.
