Salomon Estate
Dr Bert Salomon, descendant of a great Austrian wine family, established the Salomon Estate with his wife Gertrud in the Finniss River region of Adelaide, South Australia. Originally working for L´Oréal, Gertrud has now taken over the marketing and sales side of the business at Finniss River. They only produce red wines at Salomon Estate, partly because that's their passion, and partly due to the climate which is slightly better suited to the red grapes.
