Domaine Denis Pommier

Denis and Isabelle Pommier have built up quite a following amongst sommeliers 'in the know' in recent years, and certainly the Petit Chablis is a brilliant wine to serve by the glass. It is a model of brisk freshness - made entirely in stainless steel, while the Premier Crus benefit from a small amount of barrel-fermentation and élevage.
