Beautiful red color. Intense nose of red fruit and liquorice. Elegant, smooth mouthfeel, with notes of blackcurrant and a slightly licorice finish.

A brilliant example of Picpoul: whistle-clean; saline, like your skin after a sea swim; reminiscent of crushed rocks and faint white blossom. Dry, fresh and dangerously easy drinking. Try with seafood.
