Fattoria di Magliano
Fattoria di Magliano is in the agricultural area of the Maremma on the southern coast of Tuscany, in the heart of the Morellino Doc. This is an eighty-five hectare farming estate of which thirty-seven were planted with vines in 1998 and after only two vintages making lovely wines which truly reflect the 'terroir' of the region. All the vineyards are 120 metres above sea level and south facing towards the coast. In December 2004 the Poggio Bestiale from this estate was rated Italy's best Tuscan wine under £20 in Decanter magazine.
