Rita Tua's estate in Suvereto has undergone a number of changes in the past three years. The extraordinary potential of this micro region and the huge demand for wines from this tiny estate has led to extensive new plantings and a complete new winery, so that what was originally only four hectares has been extended to thirty. However, the combination of high Parker scores in recent vintages and the limited production has led to some extraordinarily high prices appearing for these wines on the brokers lists.
