Sub-district Haut Médoc
Village Pauillac
ABV 14%

Tasted single blind at Southwold. The nose is reticent: blackberry, a touch of earth but damned hard to coax out from the glass. Dense blackberry palate, fine structure, good depth but tightly would and backward. Good stuffing, not showing much here but good potential down the line. Nice harmony and length. Drink 2013-2020+ Tasted January 2009. Drinking range: 2013 - 2020 Rating: 92 Neal Martin, www.vinous.com (Jul 2009)
