Lea & Sandeman review
Not far from Schoffweg, but this is all the Pinots (mostly Pinot Gris) and a very different terroir and a different kind of harmony - there is quite a lot of botrytis here, full of complex harmonious flavours ranging from aromas of expensive leather and yeasty, butterscotchy intensity, fairly dry with an intense baked banana finish.Other reviews and comments
Deep amber in color, this is smoky, wild and full of dried citrus and apricot aromas and flavors; it makes a bold statement. It's vibrant, intense and for all its richness, incredibly light on the palate. Excellent length and overall harmony. Pinot Gris with others. Drink now through 2012.
