Lea & Sandeman review
This vintage has proved to be a great success in Champagne, and all the more so for Chardonnay dominated wines. This wine is all about finesse and elegance at the same time as being ripe with honeyed notes. Harmonious and attractive, this is fantastic and great value too.Other reviews and comments
Delicate, lively nose. Lots of bite and attack but great balance too. This is very fine wine. Really serious. Again, not that fizzy. Hint of linseed oil and a real beginning, middle and end. A champagne that demands attention. Very fine. GV.

GROWER CHAMPAGNES
With every man and his wife on the lookout for Champagne "deals", it is sad that so many people overlook the best "deals" of all - high quality, grower-made Champagnes, packed with character, and at prices significantly below any of the best prices you might find for Grande Marque Champagnes.

Vintage France
"A fabulous vintage from Pol Roger. Tight and restrained at the moment, but with lots of autolytic notes, this is almost perfectly seamless, with tremendous length. The flavours just grow and grow as you hold it in the mouth showing tremendous promise. Cellar this wine and drink it from 2014 and for a decade therafter."
