Syrah and Mourvèdre, picked into small cases, and fermented like a Burgundy - natural yeast, open-top vats, no fining or filtration. The result is very modern and very traditional at the same time, varnishy oak, modern barrique scents, real density and vinosity on the palate, pure yet with complex oxidative notes.
