Lea & Sandeman review
From the Bruno Borie (Ducru Beaucaillou) stable, another immaculately made Margaux-styled wine from this home property of the Borie family. More linear and precise fruit than in the 2005 vintage, with very attractive and quite prominent new oak flavours and tannins which should integrate quite quickly to make this a very fine claret indeed.Other reviews and comments
Wonderfully spicy, plummy nose with a hint of game. Velvet tannins and superb blackcurrant and blackberry flavours, and above all, juicy, mouthwatering acids. Long and fresh – try it with fatty rack of lamb.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. A bit of obvious oak and chewy finish but certainly solid! If you like oak, you’ll love this. 2010-2015
