Lea & Sandeman review
Rich, powerfully tannic, but the density of wine is there, a pure driven Pinot. Although long, it is still tight and closed for now.Other reviews and comments
Very pale. Light, fresh fruit quite delicate this may just make it because the fruit is in good balance with the oak. 2011-17

This is fresh and primary to the point of being cool and breezy with notably intense and stony red pinot fruit that is followed by precise, dusty and intensely minerally middle weight flavors that offer terrific depth and outstanding length, all supported by a very firm tannic spine that will require at least a decade to completely soften. 2016+

Medium red. Complex, soil-inflected nose offers smoke, meat, earth and faded rose. Juicy and precise but also supple, with sneaky mineral intensity to the red fruit and floral flavors. Not a big wine but solidly structured. Finishes with dusty, slightly tough tannins but good lingering flavor.

Very sweet fragrant aroma. A sweet attack. There is a lightness and fragrance with pure fruit; strawberries, little wild ones. A delicately ripe and refreshing palate with fine tannins almost powdery and a fluid, yet with an edge of the Gevrey substance. It shows a lot of finesse. Fine. From 2011/12
