Rich and mineral this is densely packed with bright, racy fruit. The extreme acidity present in this wine when young has now softened and evolved into fabulous length.

A white flower and mineral reduction nose merges into supple, fresh and textured medium plus bodied flavors that are almost painfully mineral in character with outstanding intensity and punch on the racy and explosive finish. This has plenty of underlying tension and the sense of energy is palpable. 2013+   90-92/100

Light nose with raciness. It does actually smell like a forest floor... Very intense fruit with extremely delineated precision and at the moment too much acidity to enjoy. Fresh and attractive in lean idiom. 2011-2016   17

This is the most backward on the aroma. The attack is very saline and pure. It is even, slippery stone with a silky roundness to the middle palate. The acidity is very neatly embedded in the wine and carries to the finish with a delicacy. There is a definite floral note on the finish. So appealing. Fine. From 2009/10.
