Lea & Sandeman review
This is such a wonderful wine! Fresh and flowing. Fleshy yet mineral, fat but with great energy and drive. Wonderful mixture of the sensual and intellectual - bravo!Other reviews and comments
Slightly reduced nose offers fresh apricot, white pepper and wild herbs; there's something almost riesling-like about this. Dense and plush for young Clos des Mouches but at the same time juicy, spicy and penetrating. Sexy, oily, very ripe wine, finishing with strong spiciness and a suggestion of exotic fruits that currently masks this wine's normal underlying minerality.
91/100

This was harvested over 10 days and so there are several different vinifications and at the end they blend.
This is lightly floral, gentler. It has a rounded, satin palate with juicy acidity, ample, but very pure. There is a lovely depth to the fruit entwined with fine minerality. It is pure, lifted and floral on the finish. Fine. From 2012
