2009 GIVRY 1er Cru à Vigne Rouge Domaine François Lumpp

2009 GIVRY 1er Cru à Vigne Rouge Domaine François Lumpp
| Grapes: Pinot Noir | Origin: France, Burgundy |
Lea & Sandeman review
This was the last to finish its malo, so will not be bottled before March (and will not be shown at our London tasting). Black, Harmonious red and black fruit nose. Entry of silky fruit and a sturdy framework ('charpente') behind. Tannic super-black polished expression. Very concentrated and long. Really pretty astonishing. It is 14%, after being hailed twice, and the yield was 'normal' despite careful cutting out of damaged bunches.| Purchasing options | |||||||
