Lea & Sandeman review
Fascinatingly complex dry white with supple body and length from Arinto and Viognier. After three days of skin contact the wine is given a prolonged and cold natural fermentation, 20% of which is done in barrels. The wine is then kept on its lees for six months prior to bottling. White peach and apricot notes with a mouthfilling texture, this has a richness to it but finishes with a refreshing note of pink grapefuit. (IWC Trophy Winner)Other reviews and comments
Hay and flowers, elegant and harmonious with good acidity and complex finish.
