2010 FELTON ROAD Pinot Noir Bannockburn

2010 FELTON ROAD Pinot Noir Bannockburn
| Grapes: Pinot Noir | Origin: New Zealand, South Island |
Lea & Sandeman review
Another fabulous Pinot in this vintage and although terribly young (Felton Road release wines much earlier than Rippon) very drinkable for all it bright strawberry fruit, but seriuos enough too with depth and structure.Other reviews and comments
Here we can see just why Central Otago, and in fact, Felton Road, has such a terrific reputation with Pinot Noir. Bright and fragrant, oozing juicy strawberry purity with a hint of something darker, like balsamic on the edges. Bright and lively, fresh acidity and funky raspberry fruit. Delicious.
