This pretty Sangiovese 'rosato' undergoes no skin contact apart from the gentle pressing, in order to give only the minimum of colour. Savoury, with notes of sweet fruit, this is fresh, crisp, very dry and incredibly drinkable.

"This is a full-bodied 'rosato' made from the free run juice of Aglianico grapes, which in spite of having had no skin contact at all is remarkably deep in colour. Perhaps more in the line of a lighter bodied red wine for chilling than a rosé. "
