Yet again this Thienpont wine proves to be a corker - 100% Merlot, it has quite a high-toned nose of purple fruit that jumps out of the glass - but it's got enough warm depth under the initial lift, and in the mouth again there is the supple juicy roundness with a real lift to the fresh fruit flavours, all with classic Bordeaux dryness of structure.
