One of our most popular Mediterranean style wines, which combines the clean, juicy, freshness of Grenache blanc, with distinctive ripe Viognier. With good weight of fleshy fruit and an almost ginger-spice character this is fantastic value. L&S (Mar 2013)

A fruity, zippy local blend of Grenache Blanc and Viognier make for a refreshing herbaceous wine here, with honeysuckle on the nose and packed with juicy yellow plum fruit on the palate. Rating: 88 The Wine Gang - www.thewinegang.com (May 2013)
Grape varieties: Blend of Viognier, Grenache blanc and some Chardonnay. Description: Golden with brilliant green grass highlights. Complex nose with notes of preserved lemon and spicy notes. Fleshy and elegant wine offering roasted nuts linger in the mouth for a long finish. Yields: 45 hl/ha. Winemaking process: Traditional, at low temperature. 5% of the blend is fermented in oak barrels for the round complexity that makes this wine so memorable.
