Three different harvests are made of the Fiano here - this gives the diligent team all the ingredients they need to keep this Fiano complex and not too full on. Early picking gives brighter zip and edge to the blend and then more weight and fruit is brought in by the later runs through the vineyard - so their perfect balance is reached. This has weight and a lovely texture - but surprising clarity for a white from this part of the world. L&S (Nov 2014)
