Even-textured, fresh and full, but with intriguing mid-palate sweetness and length, but somehow all a bit uninspired. Rating: 88 L&S (Apr 2014)

Pale straw-yellow. Fresh aromas of bitter grapefruit and white flowers complicated by minerals and aromatic herbs. Then richer and deeper in the mouth than the nose suggests, with white stone fruit and gooseberry flavors that carry nicely on the back end. The wine's lively acidity and hint of tannic bitterness will have you scrambling for food. Rating: 89-91 Ian d'Agata - Stephen Tanzer website (May 2014)

Sauvignon Blanc 65% Sémillon 35% The nose is expressive fresh and citrus driven but the palate is sweeter with more depth richer fruit hints of pear and tropical fruits.
