The 2015 Bonbon is another step up in quality and slight change of style. This year Guillaume has added 20% Grenache to the blend which makes this even more delicously drinkable. It is still the classic pale Provence rosé that seems to be all the rage at the moment with delicious ripe wild strawberry flavours balanced with a thirst quenching savoury freshness. Dry and moreish.

Very pale greyish pink indeed. Based on Cinsault planted in 1914. Herbs and veg on the nose - much more interesting than the Petits Diables bottling but not that much more expensive. Satin texture and a hint of fermentation aromas. Acid pops out a little but a pretty satisfying example.

Domaine des Diables: Full Wine List and Profile
Domaine des Diables – quite literally ‘the little devils’- is owned and run by the children of Michel Fabre of Domaine Sainte Lucie and MiP fame. It is very much a project of the next generation, and determined not to be out done by their parents, Domaine des Diables has already won two consecutive Prix d'Excellence awards. This is no mean feat considering the first harvest was only in 2007. The Prix d'Excellence award focuses not only on quality and consistence of the wine, but also on quality of flavour and winemaking techniques, and so to win it two years running is indicative as to just what a great job they are doing.
