Made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and Macabeu with 50% Carignan Noir this is delicately pink in colour from the briefest skin contact. Bright and fresh fruit give this a very refreshing quality making it a very attractive sparkling rosé for the summer.

Denois' new sparkling wine is a surprising blend of Chardonnay Macabeau, Carignan and Syrah, which gives it a lovely pale pink tinge and floral summer red fruits. Vivaciously fresh and much more classy than its price suggests. Drink 2012-2014
