TIO DIEGO Dry Amontillado Valdespino

TIO DIEGO Dry Amontillado Valdespino

Lea & Sandeman review
Very dry Amontillado, aged fifteen years with complexity and intense rich flavours on the dry finish. Among the Jerezanos this is the most popular of the Valdespino wines. Fabulous with 'jamon serrano'.Other reviews and comments

Rich old amontillado nose. Lots of depth. Nicely nutty. And not too sweet. Properly dry on the palate. Nicely austere. Yet rich and full flavoured on the follow-through. Elegant and intense. Fine.
