Citrus, camomile, dried straw, bright and juicy in the mouth, citrus, green apple with decent length and nice freshness.

Delicately pink sparkling wine from the Prosecco region, blended with 15% Cabernet Sauvignon making for a very attractive and quaffable 'aperitivo'.

Bright fresh and zippy with rich citrus, peach and white flowers, palate has nice intensity with Apple, lemon and peach fruit, crisp and lively, decent mousse, good length.

Filled with notes of gooseberry, cut grass and gently dried herbs, including dill and tarragon, with just a hint of something floral.
