2014 Bordeaux Release – 2014 CHÂTEAU BEYCHEVELLE

The ball has started rolling early this morning with 2014 CHÂTEAU BEYCHEVELLE 4ème Cru Classé Saint Julien first out of the traps. As a brand this is one of the recent success stories of Bordeaux, it seems almost irrespective of the wine’s quality. They have played the game well in 2014, the wine has a bit more flesh on the bones than in some years – and at £415/12 this is offered at a price that is lower than that of any other vintage physically available in the market. That being said, we would still suggest that Duhart-Milon at £400/12, looks a much better bet.
