Although the project might be relatively new, Albert\u2019s philosophy is not \u2013 preferring traditional methods\u00a0to modern: Hand-picked grapes, traditional vinification (small wooden press), prudent use of oak and bottling without fining or filtration. His irrepressible warmth and enthusiasm pervades the wines.<\/p>\n<p>The article\u00a0quotes Albert: <i>\u2018Auditori represents the landscape: subtle, flavourful, delicate and pure.<\/i><i> Montsant is a hard, arid place.
