It this week&#8217;s <a title=\"FT How to Spend It\" href=\"https:\/\/howtospendit.ft.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FT &#8216;How to Spend it<\/a>&#8216; he describes how he goes for a convivial lunch with members of the Biennale team at Quadri, a restaurant on the Piazza San Marco. &#8220;The square may not be the best place to get an incredible meal, but Quadri is excellent.
