We think du Tertre looks the best buy &#8211; from the village in the M\u00e9doc which many think has produced the vintage&#8217;s most consistent success.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-CHATEAU-DU-TERTRE-5eme-Cru-Classe-Margaux-23381-00.html?category=261\"><strong>2015 CH\u00c2TEAU DU TERTRE<\/strong>\u00a0 <\/a>, as Neal Martin says, giving it 91-93, &#8216;Alexandre Van Beek might have produced his best du Tertre to date&#8217;. This is a solid performer year in year out, but there is an extra something about this wine which makes it, as Jancis Robinson says says, &#8216;a good herald of the vintage&#8217; &#8211; she gave it 16.5.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-ALTER-EGO-du-Chateau-Palmer-Margaux-Chateau-Palmer-23422-00.html?category=261\">2015 ALTER EGO<\/a><\/strong>, the second wine of highly-rated Chateau Palmer, is championed by James Suckling (94-95), but other critics are less enthused and the price is no giveaway &#8211; but it does have a very lovely supple texture and Antonio Galloni (90-93) noted &#8216;its balance and overall harmony are first-rate&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-CHATEAU-LA-LAGUNE-3eme-Cru-Classe-Ludon-23370-00.html?category=261\">2015 CH\u00c2TEAU LA LAGUNE<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0is a wine that produced an even better reaction from Jancis Robinson &#8211; 17 points and &#8216;one of the most exciting Lagunes I can remember.&#8217; Steven Spurrier thought it &#8216;An exciting wine; a real classic&#8217;\u00a0 (94\/100, Decanter.com). Other critics were more divided, and at this price we&#8217;d suggest that Langoa Barton is a wine we&#8217;d rather have in our cellars, but if the sample they tried was a better representation, who&#8217;s to say?<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-CHATEAU-DE-FIEUZAL-Cru-Classe-Pessac-Leognan-23282-00.html?category=261\">2015 CH\u00c2TEAU DE FIEUZAL<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0 &#8211; the sample we saw of the red was perhaps a particular barrel. Neal Martin was excited by this &#8216;another really quite stupendous Pessac-L\u00e9ognan that is going to be a joy to drink over the next 20-25 years.&#8217; (92-94).<\/p>\n<p>We also have a small quantity of\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-CHATEAU-DE-FIEUZAL-Blanc-Cru-Classe-Pessac-Leognan-23250-00.html?category=261\">2015 CH\u00c2TEAU DE FIEUZAL <\/a><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Blanc<\/strong><\/span> which again had a great reaction from one critic &#8211; James Suckling (95-96) &#8216;one of the best whites from here in a while&#8217;.
