Amongst these are some of\u00a0the more interesting wines that we tasted during &#8216;primeur week&#8217; in Bordeaux.<\/p>\n<p>The headline release\u00a0is probably <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-CHATEAU-CLERC-MILON-5eme-Cru-Classe-Pauillac-23413-00.html?category=261\"><strong>Ch\u00e2teau Clerc Milon<\/strong><\/a> from the Rothschilds of Mouton.\u00a0This is a really impressive wine in 2015, possibly their best yet and certainly a close match for the sublime 2010. It is, however, more expensive than we would have hoped.\u00a0The Euro release price is 30% up on the 2014, but the wine is super and with great interest from the Far-East in this stable &#8211; we think this is justifiable and well worth a\u00a0look. It will certainly not disappoint drinkers this is\u00a0one of the great successes in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>As ever we\u00a0were hugely impressed by the wines from the\u00a0dynamic Claire Villars,\u00a0who makes beautifully crafted, real wines that are just so good to drink. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-CHATEAU-FERRIERE-3eme-Cru-Classe-Margaux-23399-00.html?category=261\"><strong>Ch\u00e2teau Ferri\u00e8re<\/strong><\/a> in Margaux was undoubtedly the pick of the bunch this year and\u00a0offers really well-priced top quality claret for drinkers.\u00a0More than \u00a3100 less per case than<a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-CLOS-DU-MARQUIS-Saint-Julien-23311-00.html?category=261\"><strong> Clos du Marquis<\/strong><\/a> &#8211;\u00a0Ferri\u00e8re knocks it into a cocked hat in 2015.\u00a0This is\u00a0well worth considering en primeur to keep the cellar stocked up with good,\u00a0reliable\u00a0drinking wine that simply over-delivers.<\/p>\n<p>These are among a number of releases today &#8211; you can stay up to date with all the latest \u00a0#Bdx15 on our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/RECENT-RELEASES-261-02.html\">Recent Releases Page <\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A sunny start in London is matched by a surge of activity in Bordeaux with releases of some good wines this morning, they&#8217;re coming thick and fast now.
