These wines are <em>on allocation only<\/em>, but if you would like either please get in touch asap.<\/p>\n<p>Today we have <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-CHATEAU-LEOVILLE-POYFERRE-2eme-Cru-Classe-Saint-Julien-23257-00.html?category=261\">CH\u00c2TEAU L\u00c9OVILLE POYFERR\u00c9<\/a><\/strong> at a price (\u00a3570 per doz, or \u00a3285 per six bottles) significantly below the current prices of top vintages, as well as being below the price of L\u00e9oville Barton (which we can still offer at \u00a3580, but which has sold out in Bordea<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-25165 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-2207a.kxcdn.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Chateau-Calon-Segur-2015.jpg\" alt=\"Chateau-Calon-Segur-2015\" width=\"175\" height=\"233\" \/>ux).<\/p>\n<p>Also out is\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-CHATEAU-CALON-SEGUR-3eme-Cru-Classe-Saint-Estephe-23260-00.html?category=261\">2015\u00a0CH\u00c2TEAU CALON S\u00c9GUR<\/a><\/strong> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-2207a.kxcdn.com\/images\/favicon-Circular.png\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/> (\u00a3570 per doz, or \u00a3285 per six bottles). Calon haslong been very sought after and although this is offered at a fairly significantly increased price, this does reflect the fact that all vintages of Calon have moved up, and there is nothing cheaper in Bordeaux in any vintage. It therefore still looks a sensible en primeur buy. Limited stock.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-CHATEAU-GRUAUD-LAROSE-2eme-Cru-Classe-Saint-Julien-23264-00.html?category=261\">2015\u00a0CH\u00c2TEAU GRUAUD LAROSE<\/a><\/strong> \u00a3485 per doz) is offered at a level below vintages of this quality, and we liked the wine.<\/p>\n<p>Other releases include the second wines <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-SARGET-DE-GRUAUD-LAROSE-du-Chateau-Gruaud-Larose-Saint-Julien-23334-00.html?category=261\">2015\u00a0SARGET DE GRUAUD LAROSE<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; perfectly sensibly priced drinker at \u00a3162, and the excellent\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-MARQUIS-DE-CALON-Saint-Estephe-Chateau-Calon-Segur-23416-00.html?category=261\">2015\u00a0MARQUIS DE CALON<\/a><\/strong> (\u00a3180) which we tasted really well, as well as chunky Margaux\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-CHATEAU-CANTENAC-BROWN-Cru-Classe-Margaux-23378-00.html?category=261\">2015\u00a0CH\u00c2TEAU CANTENAC BROWN<\/a><\/strong> which looks good value for the drinker at \u00a3350, even if we&#8217;d rather have eg <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-CHATEAU-FERRIERE-3eme-Cru-Classe-Margaux-23399-00.html?category=261\">2015\u00a0CH\u00c2TEAU FERRI\u00c8RE<\/a><\/strong> for less.<\/p>\n<p>As always, you can stay up to date with all the releases from #Bdx15 on our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/RECENT-RELEASES-261-02.html\">Recent Releases page.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yesterday was the opening of the new tourist attraction in Bordeaux, the Cit\u00e9 du Vin, so nothing happened in the way of releases until late in the day when the two hugely rated wines from the Chanel group, Canon and Rauzan S\u00e9gla (\u00a3570) were released.
