We were really impressed with the quality of the 2016. It has good volume and density but will certainly need time in the cellar to round out. Neal Martin scored this wine a very impressive 93-95 points and says<em> &#8216;You come away with the feeling that this Gloria has something up its sleeve&#8230;&#8217;.<\/em> Galloni suggests it&#8217;s<em> &#8216;super-classic<\/em>&#8216; and <em>&#8216;exudes class.&#8217;<\/em> We agree and, while it sits at the top end of our price estimate, for this quality, it is definitely worthy of strong consideration.<\/p>\n<p>Also from the Henri Martin portfolio is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2016-CHATEAU-SAINT-PIERRE-4eme-Cru-Classe-Saint-Julien-26960-00.html?category=120\">CH\u00c2TEAU SAINT PIERRE<\/a>\u00a0released at\u00a0<strong>\u00a3274 per 6 bottles IB.<\/strong> Galloni called this wine <em>&#8216;a winner&#8217;<\/em> in 2016 and he&#8217;s absolutely right. It\u00a0has\u00a0a glorious layered richness,\u00a0floral precision and cool fresh weight on the palate. There really is huge\u00a0potential here.
