Following the release earlier this morning of\u00a0CH\u00c2TEAU GLORIA<\/a> \u00a0and\u00a0CH\u00c2TEAU SAINT PIERRE<\/a>\u00a0comes the wonderfully impressive\u00a0CH\u00c2TEAU PALMER<\/a>, one of the great wines of Margaux. This has been released at \u00a31420 per case of 6 In Bond<\/strong>, which is certainly a price as grand as the wine. It represents an increase of about 25% from the 2015 vintage for the UK market, however this is well within our estimate.<\/p>\n

Jane Anson (Decanter) scored this a highly creditable 98 points saying it is ‘Intellectual without being overbearing, and built to age’.\u00a0<\/em>Neal Martin gave it 95-97, Jancis Robinson 17.5+, James Suckling 99-100, Antonio Galloni 95-98 and Tim Atkin 96 points.<\/p>\n
