Everything you expect, with notes of citrus and also hint of honey and nuts. Or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2004-CHATEAU-LEOVILLE-BARTON-2eme-Cru-Classe-Saint-Julien-7449-00.html\">2004 CH\u00c2TEAU L\u00c9OVILLE BARTON 2\u00e8me Cru Class\u00e9 Saint Julien<\/a>: Bordeaux is perfect indulgence at this time of year? This classically shaped vintage is delicious right now. Joyous, refined and sophisticated and has an almost endless finish!<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHISWICK:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2014-BRUNELLO-DI-MONTALCINO-Fuligni-33100-00.html\">2014 BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO Fuligni<\/a>\u00a0Sangiovese at its best. Supple and robust at the same time, this Brunello from Roberto Fuligni is an example of Italian elegance and \u201cgourmandise\u201d. It shows spicy, red fruit aromas deftly wrapped in soft tannins, with a deep, long finish. A French \u2018Chapon\u2019 (Cockerel) will be on the menu for my Christmas lunch and I look forward to opening this!\u00a0<strong>KENSINGTON: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2016-FIXIN-Petits-Crais-Domaine-Huguenot-27681-00.html\">2016 FIXIN Petits Crais Domaine Huguenot<\/a> An excellent alternative to the more pricey Gevrey Chambertin. This has great texture with elegant fruit. This gorgeous, poised 20-year-old tawny remains a true &#8216;in-house&#8217; fave, &#8216;just&#8217; chilled from the fridge or cellar. <strong>CHELSEA<\/strong>: We&#8217;ll be treating ourselves to a vintage port, so perhaps <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/1983-TAYLOR-4506-00.html\">1983 TAYLOR<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/1977-GRAHAM-2129-00.html\">1977 GRAHAM<\/a> which are both on song right now; beautifully evolved but still full of beans.\u00a0<strong>BARNES<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2015-CHATEAU-TIRECUL-LA-GRAVIERE-Monbazillac-28449-00.html\">2015 CH\u00c2TEAU TIRECUL LA GRAVI\u00c8RE Monbazillac\u00a0<\/a>The very best property in Monbazillac, something a little bit different, another L&amp;S favourite for years, it is a fantastic alternative to Sauternes, and even has a seriously festive looking label. As Robert Parker says \u2018It is an understatement to say these are the greatest wines I have ever tasted from Monbazillac; in fact, they are among the greatest sweet wines I have tasted &#8230; from anywhere!\u2019 Say no more! <strong>FULHAM:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2011-TOKAJI-ASZU-5-PUTTONYOS-Disznoko-32873-00.html\">2011 TOKAJI ASZ\u00da 5 PUTTONYOS Diszn\u00f3k\u0151<\/a> Who needs actual pudding when this Tokaji is like pudding in a glass?!
