Angus has a recipe for mushrooms on toast, which with the addition of kimchi, focaccia and wild mushrooms raises it to another level.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Click <a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/blog-2207a.kxcdn.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Mine-Restaurant-Mushroom-On-Toast.pdf\" target=\"&quot;_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">here<\/span><\/a> for the recipe (.pdf)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-31825 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog-2207a.kxcdn.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Wild-Garlic-on-toast-square.jpg\" alt=\"wild mushroom toast\" width=\"321\" height=\"321\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>The Wine pairing recommendations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Katy recommends the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2018-LADERAS-DE-LEONILA-WHITE-Maquina-y-Tabla-36982-00.html\">Laderas de Leonila Blanco 2018 Maquina &amp; Tabla<\/a> from Bierzo in North West Spain, which with its gently smoky, yeasty, quince and apricot skin fruitiness would handle the earthy mushroom, pillowy foccacia and fermented garlic beautifully.<\/p>\n<p>We would echo this and recommend the <a href=\"http:\/\/leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/TIO-PEPE-2020-RELEASE-En-Rama-Gonzalez-Byass-37334-00.html\">Tio Pepe \u2018En Rama\u2019 2020 release<\/a>, which reflects the flavours in the dish beautifully.<\/p>\n<p>For a red we would recommend the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leaandsandeman.co.uk\/wine\/2016-MOFETE-ETNA-ROSSO-Palmento-Costanzo-36277-00.html\">Palmento Costanzo Mofete 2016 Etna Rosso<\/a> from Sicily, which has spice, guile and layered wild berry fruits, that underpin the dish and add a delicious bite.
