Henri Boillot (son of Jean and brother of Jean-Marc) runs this estate with great care and attention, and seems to make better and better wine every year. The whites are often aged in demi-muids, 500 litre barrels which are twice the size of the traditional 'fut', so as to keep the oak influence in check.
