Christophe Lagarde is the third generation on this family property, and is rightly proud of this which arrived as an unsolicited sample after we had rejected his 2008 last year. Round and juicy, it is civilised for a Corbières (which can be rustic in the extreme), and had good complex dark fruit and garrigue notes and a lovely supple balance. L&S (Sept 2010)

Cellier de Marjorine
Christophe Lagarde took control of the family property in 1989, and having previously sold all of the estate's grapes to the local co-operative, made the decision in 2007 to make their own wines at the estate. Of the total 28 hectares planted he has selected only the best 12, most of which are classified as AOC Corbieres, for the estate wines.
