From an estate owned by Antinori comes a white which has Chardonnay weight with with a touch of Fiano scent and vivacity. Lively, with a nice mid-palate intensity and fullness, and then a long fresh citrus-influenced finish. The idea is simple - to make the Tormoresca version of Cervaro - and it's a good one.
