This organic Assyrtiko from Santorini is a belter. Loaded with classic saline drive - intense, almost briney in its savoury twang - then the palate moves into fresh tomatoes and some lovely thymey Mediterranean herb notes. Exciting, powerful driven and very long. Wow! L&S (Jul 2017)
