With a really lovely pungency of gooseberry and citrus from the Sauvignon Blanc in this vintage, the Vermentino as always lends the wine lovely depth of flavour and weight, this really is a cracker for the money. Crisp and bright enough to quench a thirst, but with plenty of fruit to never get tiring, it is a real all rounder for all things fish and fowl. Drinking range: 2017 - 2018 L&S (Aug 2017)
