Chablis

Two plots – Les Deux Terres – one more limestone, one more clay.
Nice, fresh lemony nose. Good weight to the fruit on the palate, lemons and spritzy green apples. Very harmonious. Lovely aperitif wine.

Pretty nose, good lemony and blossom freshness. Green apples and pear. Good pep, very nice intensity. Very appetising right out of the gates.

Juicily salivating, a really attractive single vineyard wine from the Kimmeridgian clay below the Croix aux Moines.

Selected parcels of Chablis vines on Kimmeridgian limestone give a cuvée which has power and intensity.

This smells leaner and more herbal than the Butteaux. A nice touch of smoky reduction. So beautifully rounded and creamy on the palate. Deep and leesy on the finish. GV

Ripe citrus and a touch spicy on the nose. Firm but creamy texture. Rounded and fresh in equal measure. Very long with a nicely chalky finish.
