Cantina Valdadige

The Cantina Valdadige is a cooperative right in the heart of the part of the Valdadige in the province of Verona - with more than 200 partners. All of them are passionate vine-growers who have been able to create – with dedication and know-how - a paradise of vineyards at the foot of the valley hills. When the grapes are fully ripe, depending on the area and the grape variety, they are harvested manually with accurate chemical analysis of the composition of the bunch of grapes. Pressing, processing and maturing of wines are supported by the use of modern technology, however the traditional principles underpinning quality are never overlooked. This makes it possible to obtain absolutely wholesome products.
