Lea & Sandeman review
Quite closed on the nose, but a lovely texture. Pure black fruitiness coats the palate but remains fresh. Tastes real, and really likeable. 91+Other reviews and comments
Pretty and well made, with a lovely core of fruit and silky tannins. All in balance for the vintage. Almost 92-94

A very attractive, tobacco tinged nose with good definition. Black cherries, cassis and a touch of black coffee. Full-bodied, fine tannins, elegant - in fact something Burgundian about this wine in terms of texture. Very pure black fruits with a touch of burnt toast towards the finish. Lacks a little finesse, but there is good freshness and delineation.

Bright red-ruby. Black raspberry, dark chocolate and coffee; as is often the case, this reminded me of Vosne-Romanee. Silky-sweet but not particularly thick or pliant; offers lively flavors of blackberry, violet and minerals. A very firm, serious style for this property, finishing with substantial, broad tannins that avoid hardness.

Smooth, round and suave. Attractive red berry fruit. Tannins finely honed. Not as concentrated as some years but rich, well balanced and harmonious. 2012-18.

Sumptuous, very satisfying nose. Something definitely wild about this. Juicier than most 2006 Saint-Émilions. Nice relaxed wine that should continue to deliver. Not overdone. Not tense, no drying tannins on the finish. 2011-17
