Lea & Sandeman review
Powerful, intense with spicy, ripe fruit and enough acidity to give a long finish. Definitely a food wine, and one which will continue to evolve well over another year or two in bottle. Try this with Asian food - it is great!Other reviews and comments
A fuller-bodied white that musn't be served too cold. Subtle aromas of almond and white grapefruit. Broad spectrum of flavours carefully knit together. Multi-dimensional - hard to define, and so provides plenty of interest. You'll want more than one glass. 2011-14. Emily O'Hare, Sommelier at the River Café

White melon and ginger nose. Very billowy - white stone fruit, apples and soft smokiness.

Schiopetto is one of Friuili’s top white winemakers and it shows in this typically Friulian variety, the Friulano, formerly known as Tocai Friulano. The wine is aromatically fresh and complex, a degree of bottle age bringing complexity to the peachy fruit and mineral dry finish. It’s subtle, elegant stuff from the maestro.

Peach pit and orange aromas follow through to a full body, with mineral, honey and dried apricot character. Flinty and intense. Drink now. 4,315 cases made
