Not sure if the French do irony, but an apt name for this not inexpensive dry white Burgundy with its expressive, complex aromatic power. Appetisingly ripe and seductively opulent precision of Chardonnay fruit flavours, subtle oak, leesy textural complexity and good balancing acidity. Worth emptying your wallet for.   93/100
